I am so proud and excited for my Spanish 2 students who did a phenomenal job on their World Language Week projects! As detailed in this post, all level 2 language students participated in a new project this year: an International Food Truck competition! Students worked in teams to create mock food trucks that represented their country’s cuisine. Today was the big day and students really impressed me with their enthusiasm, their cultural awareness and knowledge and (best of all) their cooking skills!

What an awesome event! It was great to speak to so many students about their projects, find out what drove their work, and listen to them present to our panel of entrepreneurs and business leaders. Congrats to all students and teachers for a wonderful event.
